In my other life, I work as a Spanish translator, and am very gradually creating a Spanish/English dictionary of legal and commercial terms.
There is no frequently no direct translation between Spanish to English legal terms, in part because of the differences between the legal systems. UK law is at its heart a common law system, as opposed to the Civil law jurisdictions found in Franch, Spain, Italy and so on.
So use this dictionary with caution, as terms may be ambiguous or have more than one translation depending on the context.
It is designed more for translating from Spanish to English than vice versa, and of course there may also be mistakes!
